Recent Patents Show Apple Serious About Fuel Cells for Portables


Seasoned Apple watchers have long been aware that the company often files patents from out of left field for off-the-wall ideas, perhaps to mislead competitors or even have some fun with gullible reporters.  But when the company files a clutch of patents on a new line of development, credited to the same several inventors, it's a safe bet that Apple may well be hoping to commercialize the idea.
